Wellbeing vs Mental Illness
Wellbeing refers to a state of overall social and emotional wellbeing and happiness, while mental health focuses on the brain’s functioning, illness, and the ability to think, feel, and act; they are related but independent concepts, and one can have high wellbeing even with a mental illness, or low wellbeing without illness.
