Autumn Vaccination Programme 2025 – Flu & Covid Campaign Update

Our Vaccination campaign this season has been extremely successful with around 70% of our most vulnerable patients being vaccinated against the flu virus. These figures do not include children of school age who mostly receive their vaccinations at school. In addition, almost 80% of those eligible have been vaccinated against Covid.

You may have seen the reports in the press that Gloucestershire has led the way in delivering the vaccinations to our local population; we are grateful for those of you who responded to our invites and attended promptly at our clinics to receive maximum protection against the viruses.

Whilst we have no more planned clinics, we do have a small number of flu vaccinations remaining. Should you be eligible, please call us now to reserve a vaccine. We are no longer able to offer Covid vaccinations in surgery, please use the National Booking Line to arrange an appointment (or some pharmacies continue to offer walk in appointments for the Covid vaccine). You can call them on 119, book via the NHS APP, or use this link:

If you have any comments or feedback on our vaccination campaign, please complete the feedback form on our website. We do listen to your comments; this year we made successful changes to our vaccination waiting area and clinic timings based on your feedback from last year.
