The getUBetter app has been available to all GP-registered patients in Gloucestershire since March 2022, providing self-management advice for MSK conditions. Earlier this year, this support was extended to cover Women’s Pelvic Health and Pain.
Funding for the app so far has been non-recurrent and following a local evaluation, a decision was made to not renew the contract with getUBetter. This means that after 31 October 2025, patients will no longer be able to register with getUBetter for MSK, women’s pelvic health or pain support.
Any patient that has registered with the app will continue to have access for 12-weeks after the contract end date.
